Orders within Lahore are delivered through our local delivery service. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and order volume.

For other cities across Pakistan, orders are dispatched through our courier partners. Delivery generally takes a few working days after dispatch.

Orders are carefully checked, packed and prepared before dispatch. Please allow the required processing time before your parcel is handed to the courier.

During Eid, sale periods and special launches, processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you where available.

If you have not received an update, please contact our customer care team with your order details.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address once an order has already been dispatched.
